Description:
This article provides the steps to remotely access a managed device from the WizyEMM console using Splashtop.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Step 1 – Access the Device in WizyEMM
Go to Fleet Management > Android Device List.
Filter the list using the profile where the device is enrolled.
Select the device you want to remote and open its details page.
Step 2 – Install Splashtop for Business (If Needed)
If Splashtop Business is not yet installed on your computer, you will be prompted to install it.
Download and install the application (installation process depends on the device you are using).
Step 3 – Sign in to Splashtop
Once installed, open the Splashtop Business app.
Log in using the email address that received the Splashtop invite
Step 4 – Start the Remote Session
In the Splashtop Business app, locate the device you want to remote.
Click the device name to establish the remote session.
Confirm that screen sharing and controls are working properly.
Step 5 – Launch Remote Control
Go to the Remote Control tab.
A pop-up will appear saying “Open Splashtop for Business.”
Click Open Splashtop for Business.
