WizyEMM Network Requirements

Here are the networks that need to be open:

Customer Console refers to the management side (the site where the console is used)
Android refers to the fleet side (the network / site / depot / agency / warehouse where the devices are being used)

Open network ports with no IP restrictions:

Sentry Network Update (Effective January 2026)

Sentry has announced an update to the IP addresses used by their ingestion endpoints.

This affects customers who enforce outbound firewall rules, IP allow-listing, or other egress restrictions for the following Sentry domains used by WizyEMM:

*.sentry.io
.ingest.sentry.io
.ingest.de.sentry.io
.ingest.us.sentry.io

If your organization restricts outbound traffic, ensure the updated IP ranges below are allowed.

IPv4:

34.160.81.0/32
34.102.210.18/32

IPv6:

2600:1901:0:5e8a::/64
2600:1901:0:7edb::/64

Old IPs (Deprecated After January 13, 2026)

34.120.195.249/32
34.120.62.213/32

Important Dates

January 5, 2026 (15:30–16:00 UTC): Brown-out test window
January 13, 2026 (08:00–19:00 UTC): Full migration — old IPs stop working

If you do not restrict outbound traffic, no action is required.
