If you get an error message while accessing the WizyEMM console using a username and password combination, make sure:
- Your username / password are correct
- That you are not in incognito mode when logging in
- You have disabled the “Block third-party cookies” setting in your browser. Here’s how to do it in chrome:
- Enter

- Search for “Cookies”
- The setting is located in Cookies and other site data > Block third-party cookies
- Enter
