The following actions are available to send to your devices. These actions are available in the Actions drop-down menu, either from the Device List page, or from a specific device page.
If device is offline, the actions is queued and will be performed once device is online again.
Lock / Unlock
- Locks or Unlocks the device.
- When a device is locked, it can only be unlocked from the WizyEMM console.
Screen Off
- Turns the screen off of the device, and returns to lock-screen if one is defined.
Reboot
- Reboots the device
- This feature is only available from Android 7.0
Reset password
- Resets the password on the device
Start Application
- Starts an application remotely on the device
Send Notification
- Sends a notification to the device
- The expiration date for this action is automatically set at 24 h later than the current time.
- Past this expiration date, if the device is still not online, the push notification will not appear on the device when it goes back online
Push File
- Sends a file to a path on the internal memory of device
- The path for the file directory of a specific application installed will look similar to:

sdcard/android/data/{{package_name}}/...

You can override existing files by pushing the updated file with the same name (as the file to be updated), to the same file path.
Retrieve File
- Retrieves a file or folder to a Google Cloud storage bucket
Delete Files
- Deletes a file of folder from device
Install Certificate
- Installs a certificate on device
Install APK
- Sideloads an APK on device

Ping
- Pings device, which refreshes device geolocation, network information and last contact fields.
Run Bundled Actions
- Runs a Bundled Action on device

Exit Kiosk
- Exits kiosk on device
- The kiosk is enabled again automatically on the device after 1 hour.
Clear App Cache
- Clears app cache & data (only on Samsung devices)
