Once you have selected applications for management in your Managed Google Play store, you can then choose applications for your specific profile.
In the Applications tab of your profile, there will be sections for the types of applications that can be applied on your fleet depending on which Mode Selection is chosen:
- Whitelisted/Installed Applications - these are the applications that you wish to be accessible by users of your fleet. You can further configure how these applications will behave thru the configuration option.
- Blocked Applications - these are the applications that you do not wish to be accessible by users of your fleet.
- Primary Application - this application will be the only accessible application in the kiosk you've set up for your users
- Background Applications - these are the applications that are silently running on your fleet and cannot be accessed by your users unless they exit from the kiosk mode
Click on the Choose Applications dropdown list, and select each application you want to include and manage in this profile. If you have a lot of applications, you can search for a specific application by typing part of its name in the search field
The Choose Applications dropdown list includes only the applications selected in your managed Google Play Store. Check out our articles on Application management to select applications for your managed Google Play store.
