If an employee forgets his device lock screen password, the WizyEMM admin can remotely reset the password from the console.
>> To reset a device password:
From your WizyEMM dashboard:
- Go to the Device List tab, under Fleet Tracking
- Click on a device
- On the top-right of the page, click on Reset Password under the Actions drop-down menu
- Enter the new password
- Click on Submit
