If you have any doubts or suspicions as to the location of your device, or whether it's in the wrong hands, simply lock your device to remotely secure it.
A locked device has its main applications disabled. Some systems applications like Phone, Settings, are still available. All other apps are grayed out, so any sensitive data you have on your phone is secured.
Additionally, if the device is in kiosk mode, the whole device is locked.
>> To remotely lock or unlock a device:
From your WizyEMM dashboard:
- Go to the Device list tab, under Fleet Tracking
- Click on a device
- On the top-right of the page, click on Lock or Unlock under the Actions drop-down menu
You can also Lock or Unlock multiple devices at the same time from the Device List page
