WizyEMM offers two (2) account packages:
1. Managed
2. Enterprise
This article will explore additional packages and options available for consideration when selecting an Enterprise Packages.
Packages
Real-Time Tracking Package
Gives access to real-time tracking features; Allows you to track a device on a map in real-time.
Pre-requisites:
- Geolocation must be enabled and reported in the Profile -> Configuration -> System Settings tab.
- Advanced Device Status Update must be enabled in the Profile -> Configuration -> Advanced Features tab.
How to use:
- Click on the LIVE button in the Geolocation frame of the Device Details page to enable live tracking of the current device.
Advanced Security Package
Allows you to receive advanced security events on devices and identify devices with security issues.
Pre-requisites:
- Mobile Threat Defense must be enabled in the Profile -> Configuration -> Advanced Features tab.
How to use:
- In the Events tab of the Device Details page, security events will be displayed.
- In the Device List page, the Security Issues column should contain a list of security issues.
Advanced Battery Package
Allows you to see extra battery information
Pre-requisites:
- None
How to use:
- In the Advanced tab of the Device Details page, the Battery Information panel will be displayed.
- In the Device List page, extra battery information columns will be available for selection.
Options
Third-Party Notifications
Allows you to call a specific URL on events suck as device enrollment
Pre-requisites:
- URL and optional request headers must be set in the Configuration -> Advanced -> Third Party Notifications panel.
How to use:
- On a new device enrollment, the URL will automatically be called with the specified optional request headers, and with device details in the body.
Remote Control
Provides access to unattended remote control on devices, as well as file transfer capabilities, using the Splashtop desktop client.
Pre-requisites:
- Splashtop desktop client must be installed.

Splashtop Streamer app must be present in the list of whitelisted applications in the profile, with a proper managed configuration:
- Deploy Code must be set to the customer’s deployment code (provided by WizyEMM)
- Custom device name must be $DEVICE_NAME$.
- Custom serial number must be $DEVICE_SERIAL_NUMBER$.
- On compatible devices, the appropriate Splashtop add-on must be installed. This is a requirement for fully unattended remote control.
- Upon enrollment, Splashtop Streamer app must be configured manually.
- For unattended remote control, a first manual validation will be required on the device on the first remote control attempt.
- For local and regional administrators, Remote Control must be enabled in the Profile -> Configuration -> Advanced Features tab.
How to use:
- Navigating to the device’s Remote Control tab will launch the Splashtop desktop client and initiate a remote control session. Please note that on some operating systems (Windows), it might be required to have the client open prior to navigating to the Remote Control tab in order to successfully connect to the device.
- You can also select a device in the Device List page and click on the Remote Control button, or click on the Remote Control action in the actions list of the Device Details page to go directly to the Remote Control tab.
- File transfer capabilities are available from the Splashtop client when a remote control session is running.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Provides increased security by enforcing a second authentication at login time.
Pre-requisites:
- Users must have the Google Authenticator app installed on their personal device.
How to use:
- Upon first login, MFA will invite all users to store the provided personal key into their Google Authenticator app.
- For all subsequent logins, MFA will require users to provide a valid authentication code based on the provided personal key in order to access the console.
